英文履歷撰寫技巧
企業徵才條件中常會要求應徵者提供CV。所謂CV,也就是履歷表裡的「簡歷」的意思。
一般來說,簡歷(CV)包括:
1.Job Objective(應徵職位):一開頭寫出應徵的職位,讓企業的人事能夠清楚知道你要應徵的職位。
2.Personal Information( Personal Background)(個人基本資料):包含姓名、地址、連絡電話、手機與Email。
3.Education(教育程度):請撰寫最高學歷學校名稱、科系、畢業年度或與職缺相關的科系所、學校名稱。
4.Work Experience(工作經驗):公司名稱、部門、職稱、工作年資,簡述與應徵職缺有加分或相近的工作職缺,以條列式呈現。
5.Certifications(證照):請列出相關的專業證照。
6.Skills(個人技能):包含專業技能、語言能力、電腦技能等。
7.Brief(簡述):
此部分是要強調自己的專長、能力、成就;或與職缺工作內容相符的特色與經驗等亮點,讓企業人事與招聘主管能夠立刻注意到你,為自己爭取更多面試的機會。
撰寫簡歷表注意事項:
1.文字大小適中,盡量不要超過一頁。
2.用字簡潔,不要拖泥帶水。
3.撰寫完履歷請再三檢查,不要有錯字,確認聯絡資料填寫正確。
